A: Absolutely not! Every member on site is a Straightline America employee.
Q: Will you coordinate product deliveries?
A: Yes, all deliveries will be handled by Straightline.
Q: Will you pre-survey the property prior to installation?
A:
Yes, we will make site visits prior to the installation date. This will allow us to provide an accurate assessment of the project.
Q: Will you cover damaged product or concealed damage?
A: Straightline will inspect all deliveries for visible or concealed damage. SLA will notify the product supplier of any and all damageditems and make arrangements to have it fixed or replaced.
Q: How do you report progress?
A: SLA provides daily reports with photos that can be accessed through the internet.
